ok this question is gonna sound dumb but can someone explain whats the differences bettwen coilovers and struts n shocks, or show me a diagram? lol

 

OK.. coilovers looks very similar to a spring.. if you take a glimpse under your fender you can see this huge spring ... thats is called coilovers..

Struts are the ones which goes in the center of the coilovers...

Visit this site for pictures information of what is coilovers and struts.. the one you r going to see here is a aftermarket coilovers..
