Default Odometer light problems

Hello Gurus, I have 92 es300 with 104000 miles. I bought it about a month back. The speedometer and RPM needle doesnt lights up. Today when I started and changed gears the speedometer light was half lighted and half dark for a brief moment and then was completely dark. I got curious and started changing gears and noticed it several times that its half dark and half lighted for a brief moment. I noticed this behaviour with RPM needle also but at the same time. Can anyone here can tell me what this indicates or if this is fixable?

Cool

Search.
Then you'll learn that Lexus charges $200 a needle, where Brian will change all the backlights, and the needles to whatever colors you want for around $200, and will also do your radio/climate control for a little more money.

Just save up your money, pulled the dash cluster & whatever else out & mail it to OLT.
