'01 ES300 cellular wiring

Hello,
The window sticker of my '01 ES300 says the car is pre-wired for cellular but the dealership service department says that it's not and I can't seem to find any wiring except a 12v socket in the bottom of the center console. Has anyone with an '01 been able to find this wiring?
I read several other posts about cellular antenna wiring but was unable to find anything based on those posts. Of course, it's possible that I need my eyes examined...

Pre-wired
Most of the '01's are pre-wired for a cell phone, but only the Lexus dealer installed phone. I don't like it because it is buried in the center console. I got a pro-fit mount on mine that is set up right alongside the radio. The other problem is that the factory installed/pre-wired setup will only work with an analog cell phone, not dual mode, digital or PCS.
