I have a 92 ES300, Can someone please explain the thermostat replacement directions(I have never replaced one on this car). Is it fairly straightforward? Also, what temperature thermostat should I use. Thanx, Paul

I replaced it last night. It was tough to get at it and took me 1 1/2 hours. By not going to a shop, I saved about $150.
