Could anyone tell me what performance parts are available for a 1994 ES300. Thank for your help.

That's not necessarily true. Some parts are compatible but majority do not. The TRD S/C for the Camry/Solara an Sienna will not work with the ES300 due to ECU and other sensors/wiring/relay incompatibility.

RM has an ECU upgrade. I am not sure how effective it is.... Anyone have this installed?

The S/C will fit on any 1MZ-FE but its not going to work with 97-98 ES300 and it will definitely not fit on the twin throttle bodied VVT-i 1MZ-FE found in 99-01 ES300, 00-01 Avalon, 01 Highlander, 01 Sienna and the 99-01 RX300. The S/C is only for the 97-01 Camry V6, 99-01 Solara V6, and 98-00 Sienna ONLY. If you doubt me, call up anyone down in Costa Mesa at TRD USA.
