I have some 235 40 18 tires and they scrape the lip of the wheel well on the outside of the sidewall. I have been asking everyone around to see what to do. Noone has guaranteed to roll my wheel wells or shave some of the lip off without hurting the paint. Any suggestions im tired of not being able to ride more than 1 more perso in my car.

Default tires scrape

Whats up bro I have the same problem, I have 235/40/18 on 18X8.5" rims and my tires scrape also I just had the inner fender lips shaved this week it helped but I tried taking my car out on the freeway with people in the back and in still rubs a little I have no choice but to go to a rim that is not as wide because mine are too wide I need 225/40/18 so the only thing to do is go to 225/4018.
