Just because the TRAC OFF light is on doesn't necessarily mean the traction control system is not working. When the CEL and TRAC OFF come on, the car is running in "fail-safe" mode, so your car should be OK to drive for a while. The problem is typically emissions-related (i.e. O2 sensors, charcoal canister, etc.)
No, I haven't had a chance to visit a local auto parts store for diagnosis. I will make it a point to do so. I'm motivated to fix the issue to restore my traction control system. I guess general concensus is that it's the primary o2 sensor.

What I'm trying to learn/gather from this thread is; if the replacing the o2 sensors fixed everyones issue? If I go to an auto parts store and they say, "it's your o2 sensor" will it actually be as stated?

Thanks for your time.

No, the error code scanner won't actually say what the problem is, but will give you an error code number in the format 'P####' where each # stands for a number 0-9.

Do a search in this forum for "trouble codes" and you'll find plenty of threads discussing about this in the past.
