Hi.. Well as far as East Japan (Tokyo) I really dont know.. But I am in western Japan on the north part of Kyushu Island.. I live in between 2 cities, Fukuoka and Kitakyushu.. I live in a city called Iizuka.. I really dont know if they have tours.. But from the wifes cousins info.. He helped with the building of the ES's Windoms.. They dont produce the ES here anymore, but they now do the Harrier RX300.. I will ask the wife tonight if she could ask for you.. If they do, I will let you know!.. If you are going to Tokyo, try www.toyota.co.jp and look for the english link...

Time for a new cam I think, as that one takes very blotchy pics... Future mods are a plenty.. I am not into shows or anything, so I do what I like.. I plan to get a Navi installed with front and rear camera's.. As for the exterior, I wanted to clear my front and back lights, but in Japan, we dont have ovens, so I cant do it.. So I will blacken them out completely.. Wheels.. I am looking at getting a set of a popular (I call them disk) wheel here in Japan that are a bright chrome that when shone at a certain angle shine a platinum very light tinge blue.. I am also only going to 17".. Mainly because I want to try and keep a little bit of tire under me........ Although they look crap, the 15" stock wheels on this thing are very comfy to drive on.. So dont want to go overboard... I have side turn signals behind my front wheel wells, so will clear them and blacken them out also...Not overly black.. Same with the front and rear lights, just a subtle darkness...Lastly, the BP emblems... Any suggestions i am happy to hear what you think?

Chris

PS: Here is a pic of the wheels I am getting...
those are a nice choice. I like these #19 in this pics. Those will also look Dopeass too.

Yeah Lexus007.. We are pretty lucky over here with the different kind of wheels getting about.. I have played on thet Tire Rack a few times, but the choice is pretty poor.. Its either spokes or spokes... Nothing wrong with them for whoever has them, but I like a little more chunkyness...

adding fuel to the fire i see

well, i dont think i have the best es300, i never said i did. the car looks like *** right now b/c its in the body shop getting a make over. when the car comes out in a few months, hopefully a lot of you will just shutup about me.

cardomain has nothing to do with it, its a ****ty run site and ive been on there forever, plus i like onlineshowoff more because there are actual show cars listed there and you get the props you deserve.

on a different note, i think everyone on this site is really too scared to voice their opinion to the full extent. if you have a ****ty car, im gonna tell you you have a ****ty car; im just up front like that. the only person who somewhat agrees with me on my sense of style is mcelligot. i have no problem with anyone on here, and id like to keep it that way. but keep pushing my buttons and adding little comments here or there and youll really see what i have to say.

HoeBag, you have to realize that some of us like to keep our comments to ourselves. If we don't have anything constructive to say about so-and-so, then we don't say anything. How much simpler is that?

You can be as honest as you like HoeBag, I dont have a problem with that . But there is a middle point between honesty and rudeness. It's called "tact"... I particularly wasnt concerned about your comment about my seat covers. If the thruth be known, I dont really care if you like them or not.. I just added my little remark as a tongue in cheek comback...But thats not my point... My point actually is that I cant understand why you feel the need to post your one line "honesty" replies if it is of no benefit to the person you are directing it.. If you were to say, "hey, not real keen on those seat covers, but I do know of a set that would look really good with your interior ect, ect". Then maybe someone would find your post not only "honest" but also "helpfull". Plenty of people have been very honest with me about my car.. Thats why I have placed the pics in a thread for public scrutiny.. I enjoy knowing what people think, and suggest for me...

Just to say "no dice" comes across to me as "big headed, and arrogant". And I guess some other people have felt that... I am sorry that you have felt singled out. And I am the first to say that I personally believe that you are very knowledgable about these vehicles, and so respect that very much!

But I dont want to speak for anyone else here when I say this. But if it was anyone else that I was getting a negative vibe from, then I would have the same form of tongue in cheek comeback for them also... It all depends on how you take it I guess? I enjoy the odd giggle at each other. And not taking each other too seriously.. We all must be into the same things, as we are here on this board chatting with each other everyday.. I really love my car, and someone on the board probably doesnt, but thats all cool with me.. ...At the end of the day, we are all here for the same reasons!... Information and Inspiration...
