Default 1997 Lexus Es300

I have a 1997 Lexus Es300, We have changed the speed sensor 4 times and the abs 2 times and we checked the fuse and it was good But the odometer still not working and the check engine light comes on and it is pulling up p0500. What should I do now? The Lexus Es300 64,000 the last time it showed up.

The cluster itself may be at fault, sometimes they go bad which drags down the speed signal. Ideally get a scan tool that can look at live data to see if the speed signal is actually there or not.
