Hi Everyone. Is it normal for me to hear my engine rumble in my 2014 ES350 when i am at high RPMs. I haven’t driven another one asides mine, so i don’t know what the experience should be. I barely hear anything at low RPMs but at high RPMs i basically here the engine rumble, shift gears, e.t.c

 

How many miles are on it?
How long have you owned it?
If a new owner it may be a case of getting used to a different vehicle. Also if an area of the country with this extreme cold weather, that can affect machinery and create new noises etc.
Did you check the engine oil level? When was the oil last changed?

 

How high RPM are we talking about here?

 

what do you mean by “rumble”? Intake noise, exhaust noise, or some sort of mechanical issue where it sounds off?

how hard are getting on the gas when you say “high RPM”? Sort mode to redline?

one of your easiest ways to get some better diagnostics from the collective would be to record what you’re experiencing.
