Hello, i'm completely at a loss for how i could possible fix this issue.

My Lexus has this issue where when i turn it on, the head lights will try to auto level, and then remain at the lowest point possible, while the headlights are "on" they are very much point down at the floor

Any possible fixes?

btw this is my first ever post so im not sure if this is even the correct place to post this.
