2013 Lexus es350 strange audio problem
Earlier today I heard an loud pop in my 2013 Es350. Strangely now I don't have any volume control on the audio system whether I use the steering wheel control or the power control button. My phone is recognized via Bluetooth. So I can't make a call, listen to the radio or listen via Bluetooth. What's strange is Techstream shows no errors, and if I push the SOS button up by the mirror, SOS immediately connects and over the audio system it says I haven't signed up for the service. Hence I know the speakers work but only for the SOS system (so I know it can't be a fuse nor should it be a bad connection since SOS routes through that system.)
Does anyone have an idea what would cause this or have any suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated.
