Default Ignition coil replacement cost

Nothing to see here... I believe there was a $165 diagnostic fee included in the $180. Not sure how to delete the thread but that would explain it...

~I recently had my 2001 Lexus es300 in the dealership (only because my regular mechanic couldn't fix it...) and turned out to be a bad ignition coil #2. In the front. I was charged $180 labor. While I got feel that is a complete ripoff, did I really get ripped off or is that standard dealer prices? Please advise. Thanks!~

Since many dealers charge $320/hour you didn't get ripped off if you look at the time spent. Having said that, going to any dealer means you are paying top dollar it's up to you to decide if that is being ripped off or not.
