Brazil-Spec simply refers to the lower emission spec cars for countries that don't have to comply with US emission regulations, which are pretty restrictive, it includes countries other than Brazil. In practice, it doesn't have a 3-Way Catalyst system, and may be missing a couple of non-essential sensors.

The biggest difference for this specific generation ES is that Brazil-Spec vehicles never got an upgrade to a VVT-i System, hence the difference in A/F sensors between US and Brazil spec, with that, if your car has a VVT-i engine, said spec won't be too relevant for you.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

89465-33120 downstream

Front is near radiator. Rockauto does not list any of the numbers above but there are about 7 different sensors that cross reference to the same part.
One more question is 89467-48011(California spec) and 89467-48010 interchangeble?

Yes as far as I am aware, both are replaced by Denso DOX-0500. Usually when it's just the last number that is different, it means a Revision change with some minor upgrades, the parts are kept interchangeable though.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
