Default engine undershield

Is it OK to go cheap on the undershield? On my '04, they are missing (two piece). They are about $50 on eBay, for the cheap ones (both pieces) ; OEM are $200. I mean for a $150 saving on a plastic part that is not seen or critical, what could go wrong?

I have gone with both options and I swear they are made by the same manufacturer, it’s called the “Lexus Tax”

Here we go, here's what the cheap set looks like. I've got say they are on the limp side, like a wet noodle. I'm comparing it to the topside plastic they use, but may those seem more robust because they are stiff and brittle.

I went cheap off of RockAuto 60,000 miles ago. Sometimes the holes don't exactly line up - but they're close enough you can make it work. They're flimsy up until the point you get it completely attached with bolts and pins. Then, it does what it needs to. Save yourself some $$$
