Are all Denso alternators the same?
Need a fifth alternator in 2 years on this 98 ES300.
The first one that went bad I believe was the original and it said Nippondenso on it.
I bought another from Napa that had the same part number on it as the one I removed. It went bad in weeks or maybe a month.
Ive since replaced a NAPA brand alternator and my 3rd OReilly Ultima tonight.
Are all Denso alternators the same as the Denso that cost $340 at Lexus?
Should I get reman or new?

What you're buying from NAPA is not a Denso. Check Amazon or Rockauto for a Denso reman it's the same thing as what a Toyota dealer sells except the pretty sticker. Highly recommend you get the 100 amp or 130 amp for a 2002-ish Highlander direct bolt in and way cleaner power.
