Default 2013 Lexus Es300h

I have a 2013 Lexus es300h light vibration from right wheel. Car felt smooth for a year but suddenly last 5 months I feel the light vibration from right side. It’s not the tires , balancing or alignment as I did balancing, tested tire swap and alignment. Note, I completed alignment 5 months ago , and it went out again, might be related or pot hole not sure. I can feel it in the steering wheel but it would be difficult for someone else to notice it. What could it be?

Could be a driveshaft. Is the vibration related to acceleration?

How many miles? Possibly worn strut or CV axle. Unfortunately replacing them is about the only way to find out.

Could be anything.

A clue is that if it vibrates on totally smooth road and vibrates more with slight left or right turning motion on highway speeds it could be the wheel bearing.
