I have 4 dash vents, I only have cold air coming from one dash vent. No cold air from floor vents either.

One person I talked to mentioned something about an actuator? What's that and where is it?

I have 2007 Lexus ES 350

 

There are only a few threads here that discuss it and not in much detail. I searched blend actuator.

Also try youtube. This is not a cheap repair if you pay a shop.
