Hard to tell, there is only one way to find out properly - hook up A/C gauges and see what they say.
With that, there is a flip side of owning an old, but low mileage vehicle like yours - cars are not meant to sit, in case of the A/C system, if it wasn't used in a while, the seals tend to dry out and start letting refrigerant out. This is probably one of those cases where a seal rejuvenation additive in Freon could help, but I can't say I do trust those, maybe someone else who has experience with those additives can chime in.
