Need info
It's way too little information to go from..
What's the mileage on the car?
Does the CEL light up when you turn the key to the ON position?
Were the spark plugs and wires replaced along with the coils?
What coils did you use, and what was the reason to replace them in the first place?
Did you get a car with that issue? If so, what was done by the previous owner?
One of the simpler options would be to start disconnecting sensors one-by-one, like MAF, A/F, TPS, etc. and see if anything would change. Next step would be to partially block the air intake with something and see if the car will run a little more stable; conversely, you can also spray a little starting fluid in the intake, just be sure to not to go overboard with it..
If none of that would help, next step would be to check if you are loosing spark or injectors upon startup, for which you will need a LED test light. Signals from both coils and injectors in that car are controlled by Ground, so attach one end of a test light to 12V on the battery, and the other end to Ground on the part you are diagnosing, using a small pin to get under the seal on the connector.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
