plugs
90919-01194 Denso PK20TR11 (my pick)
90919-01195 NGK BKR6EKPB11

wires
NGK 7783
Denso 6716185

As usual I will give the warning that there are many fake plugs out there including from Amazon only sure bet is a dealer. I've seen fakes from Ebay where the packaging was very convincing but the plug was obviously a knock off.

edit - Toyota no longer sells the wire set (not sure about a Lexus dealer) Amazon suggested these, temping because they come complete with clips and sheath the NGK and Denso do not.

As mentioned earlier there is sophisticated counterfeit merchandise online. Please note the sellers profile;

Based in China, autopa24 has been an eBay member since Jun 22, 2018

Legit plugs are ~$8/each yes the above is 100% FAKE. Those fakes are known to crack or even break which can ruin your engine. Yes there are sometimes fakes on Amazon from 3rd party sellers.

Check rockauto.com for plugs and wires, that is where I got mine. They are very popular and u can find 5% off coupon online.
That Standard motor wireset is around $32 and plugs are $5.xx. They have shipping charges though

I got my genuine plug wires from my TOYOTA dealer, who was able to cross-reference them on their parts dept computer. Perfect fit(of course). And my choice is NGK Iridiums bought through 'Sparkplugs.com', I used to live near the warehouse in Cali., and visited in person to buy stuff. No knock-offs....

"... looking for recommendations on type ( NGK or Denso) double or single tip and best place to purchase." Stay away from multi ground electrode plugs- Total marketing gimmick, more $, and doesn't help performance, but potentially (incrementally) hurts due to "shading".

The dual electrode is there because of the waste spark system. Also the ignition system is designed around that type of plug if you use a single electrode the engine will not run as well. I've tried.
