Hi I am trying to do a duplicate key for my Es 330 2006. Does anybody know if I can do it in the ignition? Thanks

My 2003 ES was able to program after laser cutting the key. Used similar programming for a Camry and it finally programmed the remote. It was one step different than the Lexus programming that worked, found on youtube. P.S. there maybe a maximum number of keys that can be programmed if nothing else works?
