Default 1995 ES Radio Error

Hello, I have a 1995 ES300. It has a stock CD Changer that came with the car. This weekend I was driving and listening to a cd when all of a sudden it stopped playing. First, it skipped then stopped playing and a message appeared on the radio which said "Err." I'm guessing its short for "Error"

Anyways, I pulled over to inspect it and nothing seemed wrong, so I tried listening to a CD and nothing. I tried every CD in slot 1-6 and it just says "Err."

Has anyone had this problem before. I also tried "resetting" the cd changer by unplugging the cords and replugging them in. Nothing worked.

Does anyone have any suggestions on to what it could be?

If all comes to worse, does anyone know what type of CD changer I need to buy in order for me to continue using the stock radio.

Thanks for your time!

This exact problem happened in my '94. All you need to do is buy a CD player cleaner CD like a Maxell CD-340. You probably have a little dust particle on the lense. Try this first; it can be this simple!!! Post your results....
