Where is Oro?
OK, I’ve been absent for a few weeks and one of the BEST Lexus/Toyota experts in the field is gone. Sooo... Wassup? We NEEEED Oro back!

Hi folks. It's nice to be missed; nothing is amiss!
I have an acquaintance kitting out a new-to-them older sailboat with the intention of extended cruising. They had no sailing experience so I volunteered to help with some familiarization, and taking the boat out for a cruise. It was too good an opportunity to miss: the San Juan Islands are glorious this time of year, and I have been trying to get back into sailing and boating after a LONG hiatus. I used to sail a lot when I was younger and on the east coast. Since last winter, I have nurtured an intermediate-term plan to buy a larger motor yacht and possibly live aboard a while. It's something I wanted to do when younger (with a smaller sailboat), and now think I'll finally realize, though in slightly different form.
We had intermittent cell coverage, and I have an iPad with a generous cellular data plan, but I made a decision to just use it for nothing besides reading books and navigation/weather/etc. for a little while as a break.
Again, it's really nice to be missed though I had no intention to set off worry. It's a good forum and I enjoy adding to it, and the community that reaches out to one another.
