I believe there is a mechanical release accessible through the locking hatch behind the rear armrest. Other options, attach a portable power booster, have someone provide a jump, recharge/replace battery or use a crowbar!

I had a similar problem. If i'm correct your valet lock is on. Open your glove box and on the top you will see a button that locks the trunk. Push it and it might alleviate the problem if it's as simple as I expect.
