Default 1999 Lexus ES 300 throwing Codes :(

Going to attempt to summarize initially, we can get detailed later if need be:

Purchased vehicle used 1/8/18, 199,300 Miles. Right away changed Air Filter, Engine Oil, Radiator Fluid.

Issues began 1/29/18
- Acceleration hesitation ( & Putting )
- Check Engine Light - Trac Off Light ON (No Blinking)
- RPM Fluctuations, Shifting seemed off timed/balanced.
Actions Taken:
- Cleaned Mass Air Flow Sensor & IVAC
After that reset codes, no problems all fixed until later on.

2/19/18
Driving symptoms:
- High/Low Idle
- Misfires/Rough Ride
- Engine Light & Trac Off ON (Blinking Engine when misfiring)

Ran codes first time:
- P1354 VVT System Bank 2
- P0300 Random Misfire
- P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire
- P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire
- P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire
Recommended Parts to change by Autozone: VVT Actuator

Actions Taken: Checked & Cleaned Oil Control Valve / VVT Actuator. Autozone said that was the part that was throwing codes
& needed to be replaced.

2/23/18
Same Issues as 2/19 without blinking Engine Light
New codes 2nd time from Autozone 200,700 Miles:
- P0300 Random Misfire
- P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire
- P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire
- P1153 A/F Sensor Circuit Response Malfuction Bank 2 Sensor 1
- P1351 VVT / CMP Sensor Range / Performance
Recommended parts to change: Replace Ignition Coils & Spark Plugs

Visual observation on motor Coils 2 & 4 have been replaced I don't know when no service record kept by previous owners.
Any info on what the issue might be would be greatly appreciated Thank youuuu

The first set of codes are classic symptoms of a bad OCV. I'd just replace it before I did anything else. They're not that expensive, about $45 for a Dorman. At 199K it's probably worn out. Note all the misfires are on the same bank. I assume you cleaned the Bank 2 OCV screen.

FYI the flashing CEL indicates a serious problem, in your case misfires.
