We had just bought the 2005 ES330 and the valet key and key number plate were stolen out of the car while it was in driveway. Can the master key be reprogrammed so that the valet key can no longer be used on it?

Yes, your master key can be easily reprogrammed. Your valet key may still open the driver's door but it won't start the car if you reprogram the master key. The programming instructions are online at: http://www.keymam.com/ru/news_view.asp?newsid=58
I used this site to reprogram several keys for my 2003 ES300 and it worked perfectly.

Yes it can be reprogrammed.
