Default Lexus es300 1997

The struts are to hard I feel as I sitting on a wooden bench,I like to change them to softer ones. the road is so bad her in the north of thailand, most concrete, but I don't know witch one I going to buy. to make the car move mor
smooth on this **** roads, I have just change the tires to bridgestone Ecopia ep300, they did not have ep422

Are you ranting or asking a question. It is unclear.

Lexus OEM struts are not hard. In fact, they are very soft and comfortable.
If your struts are hard, they are seized and need to be replaced.

Springs make the ride soft or hard.
Struts control the rebound of the springs.
If your not using stock springs, switch back to them, or at least swap in some Toyota OEM ones from a Camry or something.
Your wheel size and pressure can also affect ride comfort.
