Default Can anyone help me identify this issue?

Hello,
Since I bought my Es300 it has given me a few issues. among those, the car came without the original door wiring harness for the driver side. It didn't have memory seat but everything else worked. So, I decided to replace it with one I bought from Ebay.
When I was replacing it everything fitted in, except for the driver side mirror. The female in the new wire harness was different in the old one than the one I bought therefore the mirror didn't fit.

Everywhere else I've looked the mirror matches the new wire harness. So, I am a bit confused.

Here is the picture of both the wire and the mirror for reference.

EDIT: The question is what is the difference between those in the picture and the square ones with 11 wires? The one in the pictures are the one present in my car. I am using a wire harness where it doesn't fit. So, Im trying to make a decision of either get a new mirror or a new wire harness. Please help!

Okay after more digging. I found the problem.

The wires shown before are for the mirrors that does not have the memory feature.

The new wiring I put in the car has memory for the mirrors. Which they work for the passenger side. So I have to replace the mirror because it seems as the mirror was replaced when they replaced the wiring harness.

Hope this helps anyone else in the same situation.

Thanks for updating. Well, at least you get an unintended upgrade, right?

Haha Yeah! But it seems it was there before, but it was downgraded to non memory, even the memory seats were not present in the previous wiring harness.

I didn't meet the previous owner, but I really would love to meet him/her and ask a few questions. this car was a mess when I bought it! It's almost there to its prime again.
