It used Toyota Type T-IV. Buy it from Toyota or Lexus. Don't use anything else.
It it should be marked on your transmission dipstick. Whatever you do, don't do a transmission flush. Just a simple drain and fill.

I use Valvoline MaxLife, has worked well. About $20/gal at Wallyworld.
A little off (not for the U140E in your car), but I did try OG (ACDelco) Dexron VI in a few older A-series trans (A140E, A541E, A247E). Worked great, but I switched to the MaxLife because it meets the same specs and has seal conditioners for our aging trans. Also cheaper
