1997 Window regulator How to?
I'm usually fairly adept at searching for stuff, but either I'm not finding it or there just isn't a how to. Considering the car's age and the fact it has 4 windows, having a hard time believing lot haven't had this issue.
I was driving and as the window finished rolling up, I heard a small popping noise. The window now rolls down, but not up. I took the door panel off and the access panel so I could see the regulator. It appears that the one of the springing plastic things near the motor, the plastic seperated in that I can pull it away and the other doesn't do that. Probably not a great explanation, but just looking for a guide to replace it.
I've replaced my share of window regulators - Most similar would be driver's 1998 Camry, at least I think it's similar. Hardest - passenger's in my son's 1997 BMW, which was absurd due to motor being riveted to the door frame and a crazy engineered slide system regulator.
Anyone have a link to a Guide/Howto or just tips? The bolts on the bottom of the regulator looked a bit interesting.

Break is where the arrow is (spring is no longer compressed)...I was thinking about a epoxy attempt, but it may be that the plastic is just brittle due to age.
So after disassembly, the break in the cable is nowhere near the red arrow in the pic above. It's where the cable that pulls the window up attached to the regulator.
Since I couldn't find a howto or video anywhere, I made my own.
Making the video, I should have paused it taken zoomed in detailed shots, but hopefully, it helps others wondering how to do it.
