Kept getting the code after two gas fill-ups. Found a loose clamp on vac hose by air cleaner box on first light. Stayed off until next fill up. Looked at fuel cap and found it to be an aftermarket. Ordered and installed oem Lexus cap. Two fill ups and still no light! Wish all problems were that easy to solve !!
