Default Fuse Location for A/F sensor

My 1997 ES300 threw a 0135 code (open heater circuit) so I changed out the A/F sensor and it still throws a 0135.
I am now chasing the wiring back to see if there are any opens in the heater circuit. I have a few questions.
Is there a fuse for the sensor heaters?..... Read some posts that say to check fuse.
Where is connector plug on the PCM?...... I want to read ohms from the PCM plug to the sensor.
Is there a relay that gets a signal from the PCM?..... If so where is it?
