Water pump impeller broken
So I had my timing belt and water pump replaced at the dealer a few weeks ago. I asked for the old parts back for my amusement.
Today I took a look at the old water pump and noticed that one teeth on the impeller is broken. Should I be worried? Is there any risk of that piece being trapped somewhere that could potentially cause problems? The car seems to operate normally as far as I can tell. Cheers. |

If it was going to cause a problem, you'd probably know by now.
