Default Black Pearl Emblems

Hi all,

I am new to this site. I have a 1997 ES300. There are a few parts that I have been trying to locate, but I cant seem to find anything no matter where I go. First off I am trying to locate some Clear Corner lenses, and second the black pearl ES300 emblem kit. If any of you know where I could locate these items, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Nix

you might wana try ebay. Or look amognst the numerous web sites that carry Lex parts. If there's no luck, then the only other thing is the dealer. But it IS pricey. Just look around and be patient. Try this place. 1-800-231-7765
Not sure how much they charge. but you can see. Good luck!

meZoom is right. But there's always a price when it comes to dealers, and it's usually higher than other places.

I found the emblems on lexus-parts.com, they are listed under the 2004 ES3 parts. They want $500 for them, that is just rediculous.

Looking at the attached JPG, I noticed something weird about the "L" emblems. Doesn't the left "L" look physically bigger than the other one? I wonder if it's the same for our cars (i.e. front "L" is bigger than the rear one, or vice versa).

Your right, one IS bigger than the other. Big for up front, and smaller for the rear. I think that's how they all are.

My dealer wanted $228 for the full set for my 1996. I assume other years would be similar.

one way to find out if front and rear are the same size.
Get out the calipers or a ruler.

Thats a good idea.. I have a silver car so if I painted them silver it should look pretty tight. What do you guys think?

I dunno, silver against silver? Black Pearl will look better. Just my opinion, but what do I know.
