Default Catalytic Converter Issue Help

So I own a 1998 Lexus ES300 with 150k on it and now the engine light is on. I took it to the garage and was told I need to replace a Rear Cylinder Head Converter. The guy told me the code was coming from the rear manifold. I've tried to find this replacement part online but to an avail. Can anyon shed light as to where I can find this part? Thanks in advance.

I have no idea where you can get that part. But if its the cat gone bad you can just take a spark plug defouler and drill it out then screw the o2 sensor into it then screw them both back into the hole. i did it on mine and all it does is hold the o2 sensor father away and so in turn it reads less fums so it doesnt no longer know the cats bad. i hope that helps a lil bit? sorry i cant help you on the other part.
