I just bought a new stereo head unit for my car. I also got the vehicle-specific mounting kit and the proper (or so I thought) wiring harness adapter. The wiring harness adapter I got said that it was for "1987 & up Toyota," and it's the one that the "expert" at Best Buy told me to get, but it doesn't fit my car. I have everything else done and this is the last step. Can anyone tell me which wiring harness adapter I need? Thanks in advance.

I use my stock radio with a lopass converter 15 bucks from bestbuy. 1200 Watt amp 2 12's but i have stock CD changer if you don't have CD u can always use tape adapter.

Keep it stock or make sure to get an alarm also. Not sure what you want to accomplish. If you have ur music un USB then you need head unit but if its on mp3 or ur phone then the tape conversion is the Best. Fierce car audio lopass converter sold at bestbuy 20 bucks or less hook. Up ur amp and subs in 30 minutes. Hope this helps.
