Default Best Yellow Fog Light Output?

Looking to upgrade my output on my yellow fog light projectors. What is the best option? I see a ES around me that has brighter Fogs than his halogen.

I have reflectors and the (230003JY) H3 Putco Jet Yellow Halogen Bulbs are amazing. I can only imagine how bright they will be with Projectors.

HIDs are fine to use with the projector fogs. The fact that they're projector fogs means that the glare is very minimal for a halogen projector. I put a set of 3000k into mine when I had the dual HID set up since the 2ES has projector headlights. They added to a sharpish cutoff with a lot of light. The only issue is that you'll have to drill into the back cover to thread the HID bulb through there but you can reseal with silicone if you go that route. Here is a pic with the dual HID set up. Color is off due to the fact that this was taken ages ago with a low MP camera...

Upgrading your fog lights with an HID kit would definitely get you the most light output. If you are going to do it I would recommend a 3000k HID kit - this will provide a deep, yellow color which does an awesome job penetrating through dense fog, rain and snow.

If you are just looking for a simple and cost effective upgrade then the Putco Jet Yellow Halogen Performance bulbs get my vote. These bulbs will be a direct replacement and will give you that deep, yellow look you are looking for.

The Putco Jet Yellow Halogens are by far the best. I'm in love with mine. They project VERY well. Perfect Yellow 3k too.

KBCarStuff treated me very well.

Thanks for taking the time to post up some feedback Megafast13! How long have you had your Putco Jet Yellow Fog Light bulbs installed for already?

Just got this pic from a customer that has the XenonDepot 3000k HID kit installed in his fogs:
