Question My 98 Lexus

Whats up guys? I have this '98 Lexus Es300 that I've been wanting to fix up. I've so far just added a cold air intake from Weapon R. I want to do more performance upgrades to the car but idk what since living out in Cali has so many restrictions. So does anyone know what I can do or add to my car that will help its performance that doesn't interfere with Cali's emission law?

Cold Air Intake won't change any performance but a CEL and a growl (which I like). Try changing the exhaust.

Note that in California everything between the front of the airbox to the back of the catalytic converter are off limits and will not pass smog UNLESS the mod is carb approved. I concur with eengineer, suspension mods are your best bet.

Thanks guys. I'm planning on putting a body kit, some coil overs, some rims, a 5zigen exhaust system, and do a whole new paint job. I'm thinking all black with black rims of course.
