The LED light on the rocker switch for adjusting the internal temperature has gone out. How do I dismantle the console and replace the light?

Also, is there a repair manual with lots of exploded diagrams specifically for this car available anywhere? Thanks for help.

Any tips on what tool to use to remove it in lieu of that ebay tool? Would a screwdriver suffice?

Don't use anything that's harder than the material you're trying to remove. A metal screw driver will put scratches in the plastic. On my 3ES, I found a plastic spatula to be extremely useful.
