not sure what is making this noise, if i need to replace something or just grease it but its veryy annoying when driving.

I believe your struts are out man.

 

struts, strut mounts or rear sway bar bushings are done.

 

Yikes! That sound would drive me nuts!

I doubt that it's your rear SB bushings tho...they usually cause a "clunk" sound like loose golf ***** rolling around in your trunk every time you go over a bump. Most likely your struts.
