As long as the GS doesn't need any major work and you like the car I'd go for it. Also consider how you feel about RWD during the winter, my GS has sat winters since I got it but from what I've heard they're not real good in the snow, unless you go with good snow tires. I'm more comfortable with FWD in the snow personally.

If the GS has maintenance history and is in good shape, I'd be all over that. RWD FTW.

I love the GS300 it looks so awesome, but the guy wanted 2K after trade now so I put the deal off. I also live in Michigan so snow comes around so I guess ES300 would be better? Another thing is if I put on my fog lights on at night is it illegal? I did it for weeks already by I just heard its illegal.

hard choice man cause i love both! anyway you can finance both at the same time? i love both body styles. 2 lexus's are better than 1.

They'd have to be really bored to pull you over for foglights. I believe some places have a law on the books somewhere about foglights when there's no fog but I wouldn't be worried about it. There's alot of people here running HID fogs, myself included, without getting hassled.

It's illegal to have more than 4 white lights facing forward at one time, and they cannot flash in a repetitive pattern. Hence why your fog lights turn off when you turn on your high beams. You're good, leave them on if you want.
