Dear Sir......I have a 97 es300 with approx 150000 miles.Runs great.But a few days ago the blower motor stopped working...The window on the dash for the fan speed ,tells you what speed it is suppost to be going at ,but it not working. How can you tell what is wrong . Is it the blower , or the buttons on the dash, or the resistor .Is there a way you can test so as to replace only the bad part. thank you . Bob
