I bought a new radio a sony cdx-gt32w car radio that I want to install into my es300. I bought a dash kit and wiring harness for me to wire everything up, but i am unsure as to what to wire to what. I saw some links online but they didn't make much sense. Any help would be appreciated.

and the pattern from left to right from the back view.
top row: blue-white stripe, orange, red, yellow, brown
bottom row: blue, orange-black stripe, black.

I don't know what those wires mean aside from the general black is ground and red is positive but that might not even be the case.
