Aux input on 2002 ES300
Okay, so I'm buying an '02 ES300. Looking on Crutchfield, it appears that there's no kits or anything to replace the factory radio. It says "premium sound system" above the HU, so I'm guessing it's got whatever fancy form of stereo system (without nav) but it has no aux input in front. Anyone know if there's any kind of aux input on the back I could access if I pull the front apart, or do I pretty much have to go with an FM modulator for my Ipod? Or, is there a third option? I really don't feel like fabricating a mount and hard splicing into the original wiring (I could do it without a problem, I just don't have the desire to if I don't have to)

I have the same ride. I use one of those Cassette to Audio Jack Adapters.
They Did make a Nav system for the 02 model. Find it on the web, or just buy the plastic trim and use your own Nav System.

there is an AUX kit that works with CD changer but its not cheap. I think the best is to order double din faceplate from the dealer and install touchscreen NAVI this will actually increase buyer appeal when you are ready to re-sell this car.
otherwise, tape adapter, the quality is not that bad (im using it for now)

Resell? Yeah right, I've never resold a car. I drive it until it dies then tear it apart and sell parts, or outright sell it to a scrapyard. That, or I fix it just enough to run then do something stupid like drop a brick on the gas pedal and watch it slam into a wall. Then I still sell it to a scrapyard.
So, what's this double din whatnot?
