I need help! Car originally blew a head gasket, I had heads pulled and fixed this, but it has a tick now on the back head, he pulled it apart again and said valves were adjusted correctly (ran ok for a while, just didn't have 100% power). My car idles ok, but when I put it in gear or try to go, it jerks and stutters, and I can even floor it, and it barely goes, but sometimes it catches and takes off, but motor shakes violently at 45mph everytime (had motor mounts checked), it has the power of a 2 cylinder. It gets poor gas mileage. My engine light is on and codes say it's my o2 sensor's, but they are all new, has been re-set twice. I bought a used so called working MAF sensor, but nothing changed.
Timing checked, replaced plugs and plug wires, new fuel filter, had vacuum lines checked, all new o2 sensor's, new Catylitic convertor. Took off the hose going to the Vacuum Control Module (metal round thig with a diaphram inside?), and it ran the same. Do any of you have any suggestions? Oh I had to replace the transmission also, right after I got the heads fixed the trans blew, it works fine now though.

First I would run a compression check, then I would check that the timing belt was installed properly.
