My O2 sensor before the cat went out and threw a check engine light code. I am looking at the prices and it looks like the lexus o2 is 171$ and for the sister car the Toyota camry 6cycl with the same engine the o2 sensor costs 100$. Are these parts interchangeable?

My car is a 1999 lexus es300

 

I would think they would have the same part number if they are. Surely Toyota wouldn't renumber the same sensor and then mark it up because it is Lexus. They might have different connectors or something also.
