Ugh, that sucks Chaos. I feel for you. Do you have a lawyer friend who can make a call for you, sometimes getting a phone call from a lawyer's office will scare them.

If you still need some exterior parts I can try to get taiwan brand for cheap. I got the front bumper + fender + headlight + corner for about 250-300. Brand new in the box but I dont know how much it would cost to ship it...

Yea the cost of repairs would be more than a new after market hood.
