It's not bright enough because you chose blue and you painted your reflector flat black. If you would have left your housing chrome, then they would appear brighter.
Get a white led for the halo, that should help out.

Uh..........
Halo's are for BMW's, putting them on anything else is like putting a BMW Roundell (emblem for those that dont know what Roundell means) on your car...

sorry to hijack your thread, but im curious. are you supposed to remove the regular bulbs used in your projectors after you install the angel eyes? i never see the middle part(main projector i suppose) lit up when someone has angel eyes. im thinking of getting those Oracle angel eyes lights off ebay for my 96 es300.
