Default removing upper intake plenum

I need to replace my valve cover gaskets on the bank nearest the firewall and will have to remove the upper intake plenum. There is a nut underneath the plenum that is being blocked by the fuel rail. How does this nut come off? I'm guessing the fuel rail will need to be removed but it still seems that there isn't enough room to get any kind of tool in there. Is there a special tool required? Whats the trick????

TIA...

Uhhhh???? Its the one holding down the upper intake plenum. The rest are easily accessable but this one is under there next to the fuel rail. The nut is there just to hold the intake down.

well anyway I've had my intake off and other than the 2 14mm nuts there are some 8mm allen bolts... long story short I removed anything in the way and used a deep 14mm socket with a extension and a 8mm allen with a extension... there are a few bolts on the rear of the intake they are 12 and 14 mm to the egr tube and support bracket and also the power steering line that goes to the hyd. fan motor...
